All Arniko skateboards are produced in the Nepali capital of Kathmandu.
The pile woods are glued and pressed in our own factory. After the decks are stable and dry, we take them to local wood carvers which are located in the Kathmandu district of Patan, an Unesco World Heritage site. Those are probably the best wood carvers of Asia. They use their artistic skills to engrave our boards.
We use FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified veneer wood for our boards. Arniko Skateboards consist of seven to nine layers of veneer wood, out of which six to eight layers are Canadian maple while one layer is damped oak, birds eye maple or walnut.
If you order a complete skateboards, it will come with Bennett axis and wheels.
